Op16 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the op16 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the op16 platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
Clause 1By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the op16 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the op16 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. op16 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users via the platform.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
- Use of the platform is for entertainment purposes only and is subject to Malaysian law.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
Clause 2To access the full range of op16 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and login credentials. op16 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.
- Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
- Sharing your account with any other party is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- Op16 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Clause 3All op16 platform users are required to comply with the rules set out herein and to use the platform responsibly. Any conduct that may compromise other users' experience, system integrity or the platform's reputation is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Using automated software or methods to access, scrape or manipulate the platform.
- Any attempt to hack, attack, or compromise the security of the op16 system.
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Spreading false information, obscene content or material that damages the reputation of op16.
- Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain — any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to us.
Op16 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice, should any of the above rules be violated.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
Clause 4All financial transactions on the op16 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include approved local electronic payment channels such as FPX and selected digital wallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. op16 reserves the right to hold or cancel any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity or violates the platform's usage policy.
- All transactions are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
- Withdrawal processing times are between one and five business days.
- Op16 is not liable for any fees charged by third-party financial service providers.
- Any attempt to transfer an account balance to another party is strictly prohibited.
- Funds held in your account do not accrue any interest or returns beyond legitimate game winnings.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Clause 5Op16 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, service disruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and op16 makes no guarantees regarding continuous, uninterrupted availability.
All content on the op16 platform — including logos, text, interfaces, software, code and visual designs — is intellectual property protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or exploit such content without prior written consent from op16.
The op16 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. op16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites. Users who access external links do so at their own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Clause 6Op16 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account for reasons including breach of terms, suspected fraud, regulatory authority requests, or at the absolute discretion of management. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any undisputed remaining balance will be returned to the user within a reasonable timeframe upon completion of all necessary reviews.
Op16 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation before being referred to a competent Malaysian court.
